1. Return Policy

Sacred Ganja accepts return requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

All return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Products are eligible for return consideration only when the reported issue can be verified by our team.

2. Conditions for Returns

To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

- The customer must provide the order number and a clear description of the issue.

- Clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product must be provided.

- The product must not have been washed, altered, or subjected to unnecessary use after delivery.

- Original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be retained wherever applicable.

- The return must be authorised by SACRED GANJA before the product is shipped back.

Returns resulting from customer preference or a change of mind are generally not accepted. However, this restriction does not apply where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Return

Customers must follow the procedure below to initiate a return.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Contact Sacred Ganja within 3 calendar days of receiving the order using the contact details provided in Section 9.

Step 2: Provide the Required Information

The return request must include:

- Order number

- Customer name and contact details

- Description of the issue

- Clear photographs or videos of the product and the reported issue

- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label, where relevant

Step 3: Await Review and Approval

Our team will review the request and may request additional information to assess the reported issue. Customers must receive return authorisation and shipping instructions before dispatching the product back.

Step 4: Return the Product

Once the return is approved, the customer must package the product securely and follow the shipping instructions provided by our team. Proof of dispatch and tracking details should be retained until the return process is complete.

4. Return Shipping and Transit Responsibility

Approved returns must be securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transportation.

Customers must use the return address and shipping arrangements confirmed by Sacred Ganja. Products sent without prior authorisation may be refused, subject to applicable law.

Customers arranging their own return shipment should use a reliable courier service with tracking and retain the shipping receipt and tracking information.

Sacred Ganja is not automatically responsible for loss or damage occurring during a return shipment arranged independently by the customer. Responsibility will depend on the circumstances, the agreed shipping arrangements, and applicable law.

If a return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the customer should notify the courier and Sacred Ganja promptly and provide the relevant tracking details and supporting evidence.

5. Inspection and Return Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

The inspection will assess whether the product matches the reported issue and satisfies the applicable return conditions.

A return may be declined where the reported issue cannot be verified or where the damage is attributable to misuse, improper care, unauthorised alteration, or avoidable damage caused after delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

Sacred Ganja will communicate the outcome of the inspection and the applicable resolution to the customer.

6. Refund Policy

Sacred Ganja does not offer monetary refunds as a general policy.

For approved returns, a replacement may be provided, subject to product availability and the nature of the issue. Store credit may be offered as an alternative, subject to the customer's agreement.

If a replacement is unavailable, Sacred Ganja will communicate the available resolution to the customer.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any refund or other remedy that Sacred Ganja is required to provide under applicable law.

7. Order Cancellations and Change of Mind

Customers are advised to review product descriptions, specifications, and the size guide carefully before placing an order.

Returns based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, or an unsuitable size are generally not accepted unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact Sacred Ganja as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must notify Sacred Ganja within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide the evidence specified in Section 3.

Customers are advised to retain the product and its original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Sacred Ganja will assess the claim and communicate the appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
